The Union of Students in Ireland (USI) is the national representative body for over 374,000 students in third level education on the Island of Ireland. USI is a membership organisation – members are the affiliated Students’ Unions around Ireland, North and South.

What is the USI?

USI is committed to campaigning on behalf of the students of Ireland for a better education system, fairer student support, genuine diversity in access to education and adequate funding for all students.

Your local USI Rep for the BMW Region is Chris Stewart. Chris represents the Border, Midlands and Western region alongside Students’ Unions across ATU, NUI Galway, TUS Athlone, Maynooth University and DKIT.
